Harry started his real estate career as a teenager, later getting his qualifications as an licensed Estate Agent, Auctioneer and sworn valuer. Harry is also a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria.
With his business partner John Gledhill, they started their own building company and real estate business in the mid 1960's - Nicholls Gledhill and have been in operation ever since - nearly 30 of these years have been in Endeavour Hills.
